So now that I have a new job I have a set schedule. That schedule is Saturday (every other week), Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. I work twelve hour graveyard shifts from 6pm to 6am. When I got home on Wednesday morning I crashed out. Too tired to do anything, and resolute in sleeping all day. Well I slept almost the entire day, until I got a phone call at 4pm. It was the staffing firm that which I was hired through. Telling me to get ahold of them asap. Which I did. Funny thing is when someone from work calls they usually have bad news, in thise case my badge previledges were revoked. I did some more phone calls to find out I had a warrant out on my ass.

So I was on suspension until I could get this settled. I managed to pay my bond the next day ($235) soon after I awoke. I also scheduled a court date of June 12th. Well I faxed the necessary paperwork over to the background check department at intel and have yet to hear back from them, though im quite sure my badge should be reinstated come Monday. So tonite im kinda enjoying a 5 day weekend. Oh I also managed to get a closer court date, May 31st. When im good, im good.

So the strangeness was over. Right? Ha, hardly. This morning I got a phone call from my ex. She never calls me or really bothers to get ahold of me at all. I brush this off, letting the voice mail kick in. An hour later I get a text from my friend's mother, telling me their computer is screwed up again. Once again with people I dont talk to much anymore. Two in a row. So I decide to get up and call my ex back. We bs for about an hour and a half, because she's fun to bs with and she seems genuinely reinterested with me. Soon after I get off the phone my dad calls me. Now this is strange because he never calls me either. He is inquiring about the recent issue I had at work. Wow word of mouth travels kinda fast.

Now if it isnt weird enough that im getting phone calls and texts from people I rarely talk to, it's even weirder that im getting so many calls in one day. I NEVER get phone calls. There are days my phone doesnt even ring, just kinda lay there happyily enjoying it's solitary existance. I got my months phone calls in a space of a freaking day. It's kinda and strange and disconcerting. Perhaps its a sign or something. Whatever it is it's amounted to a strange week full of the past coming back for me. Again, whatever this may mean. Anyways I have to go to take some keys to my work, and explain some things to my co-workers so they dont flip out when I dont show.
